    Despite a large combined audience (500K on Instagram), there was a need to increase engagement and follower retention.
    There was no clear understanding of which communication formats were most effective, and the Tone of Voice (ToV) for both the Academy brand and the personal brands had not been established.

    • Established a regular content system for three Instagram accounts.
    • Developed posts tailored to the target audience’s psychology and the founders’ personal styles.
    • Prepared articles for the website and email newsletters, strengthening audience connection through multi-channel engagement.
    • Applied storytelling, emotional triggers, and calls-to-action to boost engagement.
