Focus-Media Foundation aimed to host a series of events under the umbrella of the international peace movement Masterpeace in Russia. I initiated two new formats — the All-Russian Playwriting Competition and the International Day of Peace celebration — to increase audience engagement, attract new participants, and strengthen the movement’s image. The foundation approved the ideas, and I led their implementation.

Developed project concepts and ideas, defining strategic goals and key success metrics.
Secured strategic partners — Planeta.ru and the Russian Photo Union — for joint implementation and promotion of events.
Created a detailed project roadmap, coordinating all activities including budget, logistics, and PR.
Designed and executed event promotion programs, writing content for media, the website, and partner platforms to reach the target audience.
Hosted events personally, creating an engaging atmosphere for participants.
